    Hey there,

Does anyone have long term experience with an IP in Endeavour Hills?

I'd like to know people's experience with the rental demand for two and three bedroom homes and if there are minimal issues with the general pool of tenants.

Does anyone see much room for expansion of the area with new estates?

    cheers

Grew up in the hills, your issue with IP is that there is no train station. Otherwise easy access to the monash which is a car park at the best of times.

Not sure on growth, for an IP I would prefer to invest in Dandenong or Noble Park.

Endeavour Hills is an established suburb so should have no issues with 'demographic' of population which I recall was discussed in detail on the old'somersoft.

    Cheers Ivan

Nice area to live in but I would invest in the area,

Look at other areas such as Dandenong or Nobel park as suggested by the other members :).

Can't see any issue in investing in Endeavour Hills.
I bought one in mid 2013 and added $150k in 3 years.
Always tenanted. Can't complain. Just my experience though!
