    Any word of mouth recommendations for end of lease cleaners?

    If the PM uses a firm regularly then I don't see a problem using the same people unless you have been quoted unreasonable prices?

    let agent organise it and hold the cleaners accountable if they have not done it right.

    I see you've sorted it, but for anyone else stumbling across this post: use airtasker. The folks on it are absolutely accountable due to public reviews and you will find unmatched service, flexibility and value.

    Find someone with incredible reviews for end of lease cleaning, and if applicable, someone else with incredible reviews for steam cleaning carpet.

    All done. The cleaner was recommended by the PM. Omg, too much attitude. But think the job done is good so far.

    You set the task and a budget. People bid for it. Worked out better value (and dollar-for-dollar cheaper) than using cleaning via my PM. Very flexible too.
