    Hey guys,

Am looking at changing employers soon (PAYG, same industry, same role, more money).

Have heard that ANZ don't mind as long as there's not more than a 28 day gap between employers. Is this correct? Any other banks that are lenient (e.g. don't have to awkwardly ask new employer for probationary period waiver!)?

    Thanks for your help!

Most lenders won't mind as long as no on probation

Correct with ANZ, there are tonnes of lenders that don't have this stipulation of within 28 days provided a strong profile and employment in the same role/industry provided you're <80% LVR.

In the past I've found Macquarie to be the best but also NAB & CBA have good policies, but plenty more options.

If its not an LMI deal some banks are happy to just take 2 payslips.

Some banks take one payslip and one deposit into a bank account as proof of income, if same industry and less than 3 months between jobs.

As already stated, there are several lenders who you can use to work around this, always check lender policy first as assumptions are usually a little dangerous.
