we hear people bith Landlords and tenants moaning about Pm 's hiw slow they are, never get back to you etc e.tc

How about you put yourself in a property managers shoe

I just got off the phone speaking to an old friend who was telling me of a place he used to work at in Fairfield in Sydney
The real estate agent there "Les" was the best in the West and every LL used his services with rent arrears
One day a man with a knife came to the office a d murdered the PM
Does anyine know if that Real Estate agent is still there ?

I once saw him on Current Affair Tv aporoaching boGans who had stopped paying rent .
I think his name was " Les ?

Anyway thats goung back a few years but what im saying is that being a PMis very hard... Tenants making threats... Landlords who are stingy... Landlords who expect a return call immediately ...

This makes me want to head back to martial arts training
.... Although that still won't stop being shot.

Verbal abuse is more the norm for this industry especially during bond disputes.

Hey that reminds me of agency near a friend's house about 20 years ago.

I only just got my P plates and was driving to my mates house. There were coppers and ambulances everywhere. I threw everything illegal out my car window .

Apparently, the tenant had repeatedly asked for some repairs which were taking too long to be done.

The tenant flew into a rage, ran into the agency, knifed the PM and chased another through the shopping centre with knife in hand.

The crazy tenant got hit by a car, got up and was standing in front of a shop window pleading for the police to shoot him. He stabbed one officer as he was arrested.

Molotovs were found at his house.

Establish and maintain good relationships with people and the game gets significantly easier.
