    Hi Eva from Sydney

Going 27 this year with only 2 IPs and one PPOR so far. Looking to buy the 3rd one this year, and this time without BA.

The goal is pretty much similar to many - replace some of my income in 10 years (on my 3rd year so far) so husband and I can cut back on work - so achieve approx. $60K cashflow per year before tax to cover living cost. Ideally is $115K, but will see if I can get there fast enough.

Trivia: I think I'm more obsessed with my dog that I am with property at the moment

Well done at 27 Eva. Property will give you monetary freedom. Your dog, on the other hand, will give you lifetime happiness :)

    I can only imagine

Border collie - my second favorite breed. One day, when I have more time and space...
Dakkie = Dachshund? No mater how grumpy they're still the best :)
You sure do have a busy house :D
