    For myself its all the above, I don't mind painting but anything else I have always organised from a distance with a little pm help. If its interstate I have to accept that I won't have that natural cost saving advantage of just being able to pop around in my spare time to complete a cosmetic reno.

    All of the above. I use trades for my adl renos currently, and even when in town generally use trades for stuff like painting since my shoulders are stuffed.
