    Hi, does any one know a good property manager in Elizabeth, Adelaide area as I am totally unhappy for my existing property manager, as it turns out the tenant is $3000 behind and left the keys in the property, they were told by the neighbor.

    Thanks, I will definitely move after I have settled it, as checking with my anz insurance to see if they will cover, you know with insurance, its very easy for us to pay the premium but when claiming, its going to be a nightmare.

    If you were with a specialist insurer the claim would be a breeze and you prob wouldn't be out of pocket at all.
