    Hi all,
    My partner and I have just purchased an IP in Winter Valley and are looking at our PPOR in a couple years. If we did not claim any exemptions for our IP and have not lived in it before buying our PPOR, are we still eligible for the FHOG and First home duty exemption? SRO says that FHOG should be all good according to criteria just more curious about the duty exemption.
