    Hello everyone,

We bought a 70's styled property recently so all the lights in the room are hanging..chandelier style. We would like to replace all the lighting to give the house a modern look, not sure if I should go with regular ceiling lights or downlights. What would make a house appear bigger?

Also, does anyone know any reasonably price electricians?

Maybe show us a photo of the area. I think lightings can be so effective. After speaking with my PM we think we will replace the oyster lamp with a pendant lamp that will go well with the hallway to the front entrance. Try searching on pinterest and etsy Ti help with styling.

If it's IP get lights that tenants can replace bulbs easily.

Down lights are gunna be alot harder to put in then normal lights because you have to have roof space with no beams in the way and to look good they need to be centered and such. Normal lights no problem screw to gyprock or beam so this is what you need to be aware of.
