    Yes, that does appear to have been included in the 2018 update of AS3000!
    From section 2.6.3.2.2 - RCDs "shall be provided for all final subcircuits in domestic and residential electrical installations"
    So all *new* installations need to comply, but for existing installs I am not aware of any legal requirement to run out and put an RCD on your oven circuit.
