    Hi Guys, any recommendation for IP? Edmondson park land is near power lines, only 50m away. Do you think it will have a negative effect on rent and capital growth?

    Rent is almost same in both area, one positive for Edmondson park is station but Marsden park has a big business centre so I think it would be easy to rent in the long run.

    If you are concerned about the power lines, when you come to sell, other buyers will have the same concern/question.

    What is the LVR?

    Personally, i wouldn't purchase.
