    I noticed this property a few years ago, but wasn't in a position to purchase (and truthfully, thought there was too much work as a PPOR). It's in Sunnybank, Brisbane - close to the train station. Whoever bought it chucked a wall down the middle of the living space, added a kitchenette and turned the laundry into 2 ensuites. Each duplex is now rented for $460pw. I wish I'd been in a position to snap it up!

    Is that legal dual occupancy?

    This screams illegal international student sharehouse converted into illegal dual occupancy.
    Did they divide the backyard too?

    Edit: Does the right hand side even have a shower? it looks like there is an ensuite toilet for what was formerly the master & a toilet on the other side of that wall, so single wet space with a divider (smart), but neither room is big enough for a shower.

    There is also no living rooms... Maybe big enough for midgets
