    Nah, two Chinese parties chased up the price from 2.3. No idea why it’s so popular. I could hear the noise from the Monash highway standing outside of the house. Seriously overvalued. A lot of happy neighbours.

    Part of me things cg for 10 years a donvale property on 1000sqm eill do better than a doncaster property on 600sqm

    Yah - this one is hard to judge. The slope is the killer I think, but everything else is ok (walking distance to smartbus etc).

    There's an ESO over it too.
