    I wouldn't usually be looking at this but an option came up close to transport etc, looks neat and tidy, rented out. I know nothing about the area, can anyone advise? I don't think cash flow is amazing pp would be around $360k and rent $330. BC $300 pq . Tempted because I love Perth and would be a purely speculative buy.

    It's a bit of a nothing suburb. Bland an inoffensive? There has been a lot of development which has improved the area. The downside is a lot of units. Upsides are price vs proximity to CBD, good rail links, a big new sports/pool/gym facility and huge upgrades to Carousel. Are you looking north or south of the rail line?
