This is a house in Brisbane that has a character home (cannot be demonlished) however I see a huge easement right across the land. Would this stormwater drainage affect pricing and future resale given the house cannot be demolished anyhow
Depends upon how deep the block is, where the existing house is sited, what are the terms of the easement ie who benefits/can it be extinguished? Will it's surrender add value in any way?
