Easement report - where to get it?

Hi guys,

I'm interested in a property but want to find the easement, Section 32 is yet to be finalised but worried property may sell prior from other buyers, main concern is location of easement.

Is there a site where I can purchase a report which will tell me where the easement is located?

I am based in Victoria.

what do you mean by easement ?
do you mean the boards sewer location or do you know of another easement/s over the block. ie: drainage - right of way - support etc. etc.

the title will indicate the encumbrances. the relevant deposited plan or dealing sketch will show the location.
the sewer service diagram will show the boards sewer location (approximately) and connection points.

can you obtain a copy from the agent ?

 

Section 32 should show all these but agent has not got it prepared yet. I have a feeling it will be a quick sale so thought I'd try get on top of it and potentially put an offer in earlier this week before other buyers jump on.
