VIC Early Listings for New Land & Build

Newbie first time buyers here hoping for some advice

We're planning to buy a New Land & Build in Victoria, but don't really know how to start the search.

We don't have specific suburbs in mind, so we're flexible and just trying to explore what is available.

Where/how can we find the most comprehensive and early/upcoming listings?

Tried the usual searches (REA, Domain, Google etc.), but the results are mostly ads from developers, and also tends to be near-end of the release with only limited lots left.

Fair question and welcome to the forum. Stick around and you may learn heaps.

Most developers let you sign up to their newsletters/alerts for information on new estates/releases. That IMO is the best way to get to know early and sticking with the bigger developers is probably a safer choice than the smaller ones. Make sure you DYoR, not every estate will go gangbusters though a rising tide does lift all boats.
