My wife is wanting to enhance her business with an "enewsletter". Has anyone been down this path and can you recommend an app that has a newsletter format that she can use through Windows?

Does she already use a CRM system? Some have mailing list capabilities built in. Otherwise MailChimp.

Mailchimp is the beez knees. Good luck building a sizeable and worthwhile audience and then keeping them subscribed and engaged.
