    I just saw this post and reminded me of this property:

    It's a proper battle axe, on 908m2.
    Been sitting on the market since February this year (first listed at offers over $269K), and they are struggling to sell it.
    Sounded as though the vendor is very keen to sell because he is moving to Perth (if my memory is correct), spoke to the REA few weeks back.
    He definitely over paid for it at $287K back in 2009:
