QLD Durack /Bracken Ridge under 400k

    Hi Guys
    We looking for to buy our fist investment in Brisbane around 400k mark ...
    We spoke to buyer agent who recommend Durack or Bracken Ridge .
    Just want to know your opinion on the areas or advice about better ones to buy .
    Its so hard to make decision on right investment :(((

    Your not going to get much in Bracken Ridge for under or around the $400k. Avg 3 bedder there is $430k now and anything thats nice is moreso around $450k. 4 bedders even more.

    You may be lucky and find a house that needs extensive renovations otherwise you wont see much around the $400k mark.
