Duplex Build in Newcastle - Best areas to build?

    So I'm evaluating building a duplex in the Newcastle area. I'm considering two areas Cameron Park and Fletcher. As per my early research, Fletcher seems to have more a history in Duplex sales compared to Cameron Park. Resale of Duplex in Fletcher is circa $500K plus

    These would a a single storey duplex around 330-350 sqm (i.e. around 150 sqm per unit).

    Looking for advice if Cameron park might be the right area for a duplex?

    Are there any areas within Newcastle that might suit a single or double storey Duplex build?
