    Hi guys, I had everyone drill into me the importance of due diligence before buying property - are people able to share their list of due diligence that they use for investment property? I have checked the consumer affair website and they listed a few... but how come some people have 50-70 on their check list?

    I am not sure if this has already been discussed (I apologise if it has)
