Hey all, Anyone done or heard/know if it's possible to Dualkey on 430ish sqm in NSW, more specifically Maitland Council, zoned R1, minimum lot size 450sqm. I know I fall below the threshold for a GF as it's 450sqm, has anyone been able to get an exception to this? I'll give my town planner a ring today sometime to have a chat to him also. Regards, Arc
