Hi, I'm currently looking for an investment property for potential townhouses development in south east regions in Melbourne (20-30km to CBD). Was thinking if its better to put up a dual side by side townhouses (above average finishes) or 3 townhouses (average finishes)? Understand it depends on the suburbs and target buyers, but it would be great to know some ground rules. Land size 600-700 with min 16 frontage.
How did you go mate? Did you purchase the site? I am in a similar boat and thinking of doing a townhouse development around southeast. Did you hire a project manager or you are going in solo?
