    Can I build duplex on following block I own?

    - 920 sqm block
    - 23.5 m frontage
    - R2 Zone
    - The Hills Shire Council, NSW

    If yes,
    1. can I sell it separately?
    2. Can it be detached duplex?
    3. Can one be on land size of 500 and other 420?

    Not knowing the council rules, I’d look at feasibility of townhouses for that block with that frontage…

    R2 does not allow Townhouses in Hill Shire as I know.
