    Hi

    I am planning to build a second house (dual occupancy) at the back. I am in Lyons. The block RZ1 and is little bit more than 1000 sq meter. Planning to build a 3to four bed room house at the back. The old house in 100 sq meter with 3 bedroom.

    Any recommendation for a planner and builder? I have talked to a big builder but they are not very interested to build with the old house in the front.
