    Hi there, looking fora with experience or knowledge that can help me with what it takes and the process involved in converting a house say (4by2) into two separate residences sharing a common wall and roof (two 2by1)?

    Fire separation & noise transmission need to be addressed

    Does the Council permit dual occupancy?

    Do you need to provide separately metered services (water, power, gas)?
