    Hi All

    The Bundaberg Dual Occupancies was a really strong case and we don't think council would have won. They chose to bleed the owners out by making too expensive to run the case, so they won by default.

    Sunshine Coast now appears to be going down the same route.

    We have managed to get Sunshine Coast ones approved as duplexes up to now but it appears that is going to be shut off also.

    I do have a work around for some through the disability housing I'm doing, but that's a limited numbers thing.
