    Hello all,

    Good day !

    Looked and tried to search more on DSR and DSR+ reviews here but could not find any thing concrete about it.

    Has any one used it for their research to narrow down on a particular suburb, did further research on it and bought a property which has given some good results?
    Im talking about the below link.
    DSR data - scoring supply and demand
    Their pricing for DSR is (lite version is 193 / month and DSR+ (pro version is 443 / month.
    If their data is right then this pricing is fine.
    But wanted to get some feedback from anyone who has used it to narrow down the suburb and bought an investment property.

    Their was a thread here where the owners or managers explained the system and its accuracy.

    I use the free version.

    I would say it has merit. Like all data I use, I analyse and deduce.

    To me DSR is one piece albeit small one.
