Draughtsman to help me lodge a simple duplex plan in Melbourne West

    Hi All

    Do any of you know a reasonably priced competent draughtsman who can help me lodge Development Approval and get approval of plans in Western Meloburne.

    The council I will be dealing with is Wyndham council and it should be quite a simple single story duplex.

    I will then shop the approved plans with the relevant builders for pricing.

    Don't be fooled by thinking that it is simple. Planning never is. Get the best design/architect/drafter you can afford and check their experience. Don't try to cut costs at this stage - look for savings in the design itself and materials and finishes etc.
