    Now we have the Silicitor doing all we need and don’t know he’s actually good, now we have all papers in the contract( first we only got the first page) and got everything done waiting for building and pest report and will have the lawyer process the settlement because we going to settle less than 42 days maybe two weeks.

    is this your first time buying a property? it seems like you didn't have a clue at all with purchasing a property. I would suggest that you have a solicitor review the contract before you sign and pay 0.25%.

    Thank you for your advice. Yes first home buyer and still yong so don’t have any clue about purchasing. We did pay the 0.2 and now have a Silicitor who said the easement is not bad it’s in boundary of the back and 1 wide. Today we also got the building and pest report which give the house rating of average we are now even confused if the rating given is normal ( Silicitor said you paying them to give you bad report)
