    i saw this site in fawkner (actually 2 - both sold separately) - while researching zones and deals.

    Both these sites are close to the shopping strip and fawkner leisure centre

    1. 106 Jukes Rd, (Corner block - advantage of the dual frontage - with minimal setback on secondary frontage) - 650sqm (in the coveted growth zone) - 18th march auction

    as I'm not buying in this area atm - this could be a like 17-20 townhouse site if acquired together and won in both auctions

    What are ppl looking to buy thoughts? only bad thing is the proximity to the super big cemetery

    Very interesting that they're being sold by separate agents as individual sales.

    Second seller is in the box seat - either buys at the 1st auction because of uncertainty or "names his price" if a developer buys the first.

    interesting only a few houses in the whole suburb is zoned growth.
