    it's not only Terry that get the predictions wrong. I have noticed in boom cycles so called gurus never even get the top performing suburbs, only after the event are areas mentioned

    Save your $, you have more luck by contacting/networking with agents and many other ways that won't cost.

    so why is he still around ?

    just shows how little research people do on spruikers in general, they assume these spruikers must know what they are doing. If only they researched his track record
