Most investors (myself included) are loathe to buy properties on main or "yellow" roads, due the low resaleability perceptions and the difficulty in getting tenants/new buyers interested. However, since part of my job as a BA involves scanning aerial pics on a regular basis, I've noticed many properties that have as quiet backyards (in some cases, even quieter) as the nearby surrounding more popular streets yet they have main street addresses. Units, in particular, can be deceiving, so be careful not to make snap judgements based on the street address alone.
