    Is that what the DG course is? I thought it was about locating properties that you might be able to get at a reduced rate... reading around online about her a bit I’m skeptical anyway... sounds like a get rich quick scheme sell

    Personally I think spending time getting to know the market, especially the Perth market, will place you better to spot a good buy than going on a course.
    You'd be better off saving that money and using it on fixing up something ugly about a house.
