    Are the multi purchases the top listed purchase price, the strata added and reval? It looks like they added negative equity rather than deducted. Or were vals done after equity pulled out?

    Yes - we strata titled these properties. If you add the total value of the units there is a strong equity gain in each instance.

    You will find it is a section of the people there who have no work by choice.

    Many places they seem to want people, albeit they are not major company exec type jobs.
