For the first time ever I have enough stuff to warrant contents insurance....

Any tips and tricks? Just gone round the whole house with a camera and logged all the important stuff. Got a pretty good idea of what it is all worth....

Any good insurance recommendations? This is the first time I've ever done it.....

About to go this myself, one tip I got was to create a specific gmail or google drive account or similar and upload all the photos and maybe a spreadsheet list to that. Would suck if all the detail was on your computer which got damaged or stolen in the insurance event.
Although technically receipts aren't meant to be necessary I'm intending on snapping pics of these and emailing them to the same google account as I buy things.
