    The bank has solved this problem ....by increasing principal repayments to $2.20 per minute every minute of the day !

    From the Philippines. Unfortunately he is more like a book keeper rather than a fully fledged accountant although he has the qual's of an accountant.

    Am i reading this right.... you have interest in properties that have 500 tenants?! Do you mind sharing how you got into that? Is it though unlisted property companies?

    Very impressive numbers :). with all that Thank you for having time to contribute on here!

    No I am nowhere near that number
    I am stating the types of properties one normal person can handle with being total overwhelmed and stressed.
    There are many properties that require lots of attention eg room by room leasing while others like ground leases require almost none.
    I have a tenant that i have issued a invoice for the next 12yrs
    It is unlikely I will talk to them for another 12yrs (in fact i have never even meet the tenant ....if i did not rent a room in his tenancy I would not have even been inside! )
    No ...not a unlisted property company ...just a ordinary person who started started with a few cents and a dream (to own a house...because the parents only rented)

    Yeah, well that makes sense. Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees....then someone points them out :)

    I like the sound of managing the leases on 100 blocks of dirt only....
