    Andrew Kyriaciou has been doing these videos for years. Probably helps his personal exposure more than the property's.

    Not overly professional I'm my opinion, but he is quite successful and allegedly good at what he does!

    Second one, while stupid and childish, at least gave a good look at the property......love the alarm showing the shot of old fashioned switches & cheap above ground pool, at least if I was looking there it allowed me to make a decision on if interested or not.


    What did they market ? I could not watch till the end and would have no clue it was to sell a house if no one told me, would have thought it was about annoying friends ? First one is a big fail.
