Does land appreciate if it can’t be subdivided?

    Could be a potential? I think with the frontage it would be fine to develop without them assuming the applications for the overlays came through.

    At this stage I think I may have to purchase under the expectation it won’t be able to be developed and then look into it further down the track for a potential nice surprise.
