    Hi Folks,

I am wondering how ducted gas heating or reverse cycle heating/cooling affect valuation?
Do they take that into account? Does EER affect valuation?

    Thanks for your help! :)

Everything adds or subtracts, extras like heating, cooling, solar, top notch appliances etc *should* all improve value.

It should and probably more so in CBR. Recently had a house valued, the valuer was pretty damn keen wanting us to confirm if it's just ducted gas or got the aircond add-on as the contract was a bit ambigious (it says aircond remote).
