    Martin is getting a lot of media coverage now and seems to be the king of doom. He supposedly picked the downturn in the property market.

    I recently saw him on 60 minutes which is kind of tabloid tv IMHO. Martin was making some big calls in that program.

    Whats your opinion on his analysis? He often talks about his data etc and bases his arguments on it. But never really reveals how he collects it and/ or sample size. I believe there is a lack of transparency with regards to his data.
