Does anyone use SalesForce as their property management platform?

    Hi guys,

    Was hoping to get some responses in relation to Sales Force vs other Property Management Platforms.

    We are looking at changing to PropertyMe which I am really impressed with however am being pushed to customise Sales Force which just seems to me to be a recipe for disaster.

    So are you property managers looking for an appropriate tool to use?

    Or are you software developers?

    Salesfarce is a CRM/workflow/task management tool not a PM system. Customising is always asking for trouble as the system isn't built for property.

    Everyone thinks that their systems are the bees knees and can handle property management as 'it's only a glorified calendar...rent due, rent review, inspections etc"
