Does anyone know how to become a SDA Provider?

    Hi, Does anyone know how to become a SDA Provider? What are the challenges to get into this field? Are there any courses to take?

    You need $1.4m in management income to make it financially viable. SDA provider is the highest category of registration. Compliance is huge.

    No courses.

    I spent around $70k internally on getting registered. You have to go through a large audit on your policies and procedures and how you comply (not just having the procedure, evidence of how you do it)

    You have to spend a lot of money to be eligible. eg 2 bed apartment you need to spen $570k on refurbishment for High Physical support, $247k for Improved liveability.
