Hi all, just recently ended a tenancy in one of our properties (am the owner, was managed by an agent) and interested in going over the tenant ledger. Is it within our rights as property owner/landlord to request this? Thank you.

From your property manager? Of course, it’s your ledger.

Thanks, the kind of answer I like. :) I wonder if the property manager will see it the same way....

Can't see why the agent would have any issue in providing you with the ledger. It is the same information already given to you in each if your statements, just put together in a different format.
