Dodged a bullet

    Hi,

    This was a possible unit complex l was considering 7 years ago as a shoebox PPOR in the hills area.

    Think l dodged a bullet as this complex have had nothing but issues. Wonder how much they had to increase in their strata levy and emergency funds.

    Sometimes it's better to walk away. Seems a bit like the Proximity or Elara developments in Canberra. Heaps of problems, builder wouldn't do repairs under warranty Body Corp has quotes in the range of 9 million to repair some of the problems but they will take years to recover the money to pay for it. Our laws here for new developments are a bit...... thoughtless, compared to other states! Lucky you only considered it :)
