    Hi Guys

    Recently aquired land in Frankston North total of about 1200m2.

    They are 2 seperate blocks next door to eachother and are again about 600 each.

    I know people will obviously say consult a townplanner or draftsman but just seeing what the community things.

    Rekon I would be able to fit a unit at the back of each.

    The addresses are 58 and 60 Forest Dr Frankston North.

    Looks like a great site if you ask me, id try utilise whats already in place and recreate something similar out back? Personally my goal would be to bulk out the front and rear whilst leaving the existing 2 in place? Theres seemingly density around you also, which helps. Its really about changing the subdivision structure.

    However- A good town planner and draftsman will need to be consulted as your next step as you already know...
