Shower in the morning, it's the only way to eliminate bed hair!

    ... reads a few private messages ...

Bugger off! I still have hair!

Might depend where you live. In Queensland at the moment I seem to be underwater most of the day. Walk to beach, half an hour in ocean. Walk home, half an hour in pool. Shower. Repeat above after lunch. Shower before bed. Rainwater indoor shower and bore water outdoor shower.

Isn't that ideal? It'll take half the time to fall asleep at your desk.

Would this apply to brushing teeth too?

obviously those that go to the gym every day, swm and work in a mine would need two a day, but I dont meet people like that to be honest,
but yes, regular twice a day people ive actually never met!

yeah, christmas was quite a day!

but normally i always accept peoples opinions, different or not, but when to me they are complete hypocrisy, I will make my point (subtly, without ruining the christmas spirit)!

What about those that shower in the middle of the day? :p

Beds get filthy no matter what, that's why we change the sheets ;)

4x a day for me, cycle between cold and hot.

Morning (cold), Pre gym (cold), Post gym (hot), and sometimes before bed (cold).

A shower is like coffee. It's an essential part of waking up properly.

A shower at night means that my wet hair dries like a cockatoo.

I shower in the Pacific ocean most mornings, then rinse off under the cold shower at the surf club, as I can't stand salt on my back when it dries.
If fishing, on my return after boat wash down, will have a shower to freshen up.
Always shower before bed. Habit, I guess.

A shower a day keeps her pheromones in play.

If you don’t shower twice a day you are dirty! Best is actually a shower in the morning and bath soak with shower rinse before and after at night.
I understand that with water restrictions it can be different so if ur gonna shower only once do it at night. Getting into bed without a shower is just wrong on so many levels.

Does a water bed count as a shower?

I think that is a matter of opinion. I feel very clean waking up, but wouldn't dream of going to bed without a shower. That is my opinion though, and we all know about opinions...

I do believe we strip our skin of moisture, but I did it for years too, morning and evening showers.

Maybe the question could have been phrased as:

    "Do you shower?"
