    Hi guys

Do you pay for property data(core logic or something like that) to analyze the suburb profile , property price trend etc ? If yes which do you subscribe to? If no then what are your sources ?

    Thank you

I tripped over this earlier today - unfortunately it is only good for historical records nothing current.

I've got a subscription to RP Data organised through my aggregator. Happy to generate reports for clients.

    Hi,

What type of reports do you generate ? is there a sample report or web brochure with the details of this ?

How do I get the subscription for RP data from one of the agents here ? And is it same as the one that you get from Core logic website ?

Is it possible to get a sample report to check ?

    I've included two attachments.

CoreLogic RP Data is the front page of the professional subscription portal. I've included it to give an overview of the sort of information that is available. If you look at the 'Activities' heading, you'll see the various reports that can be generated

RP Data CMA Sample is an actual report RP Data report which is what most people are looking for when they have a specific property in mind. It contains a lot of very interesting information, a lot more than the 1-2 page reports that lenders generate. We do a lot of these for clients who are actively searching for properties.

There is a huge amount of information in various formats available through this portal, I've only scratched the surface myself. Like I said, I'm happy to share any of this with clients.
