    Hey Sash,

Its true in life as well and not just on this forum....people tend to show only their good side. Strong BS detector is required in life as well not just forum...with social media its more important.

My Brother has two substantial properties in the north west of NSW ( thousands upon thousands of acres). He is a big hat, plenty of cattle type!;)

Yes, its forum. its another form of community. You will find all kinds of people in community.

Please do not get discouraged by trolls...if you do, they win and kill spirit of the forum. I am sure many other people like me have learned a lot from your postings. Having said that, its better to stay away from certain topics, if negative reaction affects you. We all are here to share property related experiences and opinions but no one is under any obligation like you said.

I also met Mark at a Navra seminar before he started working for him. He was asking me lots of questions about how to retire in Thailand, not sure if he ever did it but he did go to Chiang Mai for a look around

I was once asked by a Moroccan shepherd girl how many cattle I had.
I felt embarrassed to say none...

I think this thread has run its course and has required a bit too much moderator attention - closing it now.
